Throughout the entire design and construction process, we thoroughly enjoyed working closely with Dan. He quickly developed an amazing sense of what we wanted plus our likes and dislikes, helping guide us through the hundreds of decisions we had to make along the way. Dan was also very thorough when estimating costs and establishing a realistic construction budget. He worked with us every step of the way as we started specifying materials, fixtures, appliances and finishes to make sure we got the quality home we wanted within our budget. There were no surprises money wise and he kept us apprized of every cost as we made changes, something that always happens as things evolve. Dan also did not nickel and dime us, something that is common with most builders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the entire construction process, Dan was on site virtually every day. His attention to every detail and ability to organize, schedule and manage the many subcontractors, working side by side with each other, was truly amazing.
